It naturally enhances your mood and gives you a feeling of pleasure by stimulating endorphin production. Thus apart from being tasty, a bar of chocolate can also act as a mood stimulator. It is for this reason that many people eat chocolates when depressed and sad as that helps them in naturally enhancing their mood.

Looking at the above given benefits, we can say that the tasty chocolates are healthy too. But you must ensure that you consume only dark chocolates and that too in limited quantity. After all, excess of anything is harmful.
