Banana A Nutritious Fruit

Did you know that one of the all-time favourite fruits of everyone can consist in itself great nutritional qualities also? Along with being a tasty and a delicious fruit, banana acts as a storehouse of energy as research has proved that just two bananas a day can provide energy enough for a strenuous 90-minute workout. Moreover, they are highly nutritious as along with consisting of fiber content, they are rich in potassium, vitamin B6 and folic acid.

Women can be greatly benefited by the intake of bananas as they are rich in calcium and iron content. Being high in iron, bananas can stimulate the production of hemoglobin in the blood in cases of anemia. Moreover, it is found that bananas can prove beneficial in relation to women’s premenopausal symptoms. Hence, just forget the pill and eat a banana and feel healthy throughout.

Bananas consist of a protein called tryptophan which gets converted into serotonin in the human body.
