Ayurvedic treatment for good health
Ayurveda is a branch of medicine, a science of life and believed to be oldest treatment in the world. It uses plants to make medicines and cures and harmonizes the mind, body and soul of people. It can cure effectively problems like arthritis, migraine, depression, paralysis, obesity, sinusitis etc. the therapy are based on ayurvedic oil massage which cures, detoxify and rejuvenate the whole body system. It also helps in improving the circulation of blood, building up your immunity level, getting rd f body toxins plus decreases the excess fat. Some of the ayurvedic treatments are discussed below just read them out!
Pizhichil is the best amongst traditional therapies. This therapy is a beautiful combination of two classical ayurvedic treatments-snehana and swedana. This includes applying lukewarm oil in a special rhythmic way to cure arthritis, paralysis and other nervous disorders.
Njavarakizhi is a kind of massage where after a liberal application of medicated oil, a small cotton cloth blouse filled with cooked njavara rice is applied to cure high BP, cholesterol and joints pain.
In shirodhara, lukewarm herbal oil is poured in a continuous stream onto the forehead while the head is gently massaged. This is a great way to rejuvenate and revitalize your mind and body.
In sirovasthi, lukewarm medicinal herbal oil is poured into a cap fitted on the head for15 to 60 minutes everyday. It is just another great form of getting massage. It is exceptionally great therapy for treating paralysis, insomnia and depression.
In nasya therapy the face, shoulders and chest are massaged with herbal oil and the patient is made to perspire while the herbal oil in exact doze is put into the nostrils. It is followed by a vigorous massage. It provides miraculous relief from allergies, congestion, headache and nasal infections.
