Either mixed with bath water or used as massage oils, aromatherapy can be used to rejuvenate yourself. It’s not longer a luxury but a necessity in the fast and competitive world as refreshing yourself is essential for survival and success. For fresh smelling clothes, you can use some fragrant oils in the dryer. You can also prepare a room spray by mixing about 6 drops of lavender, lemongrass, citronella, and peppermint oils in one cup of water. This helps in getting rid of mosquitoes, ants and cockroaches. You can also make a bathroom freshener through aromatherapy oils by mixing together lemon, bergamot, lavender, sweet orange, oregano and thyme oils in a litre of warm water.

Aromatherapy can be used in every aspect of life. Use these effective aromatherapy home solutions for calming and stimulating effects. These are not only refreshing but also possess therapeutic effect.
