Are you taking caffeine during exam time-Read this out!
Hey girls and guys are you looking for something that can ease your exam blues and help you do well in your examinations? We, in that case go for balanced diet including health beverages. Believe me, this healthy diet will not only boost your memory and also help you to concentrate better on your studies.
You all will be glad to read that a healthy diet ensures smooth functioning of our nervous system, making us sharper. Adding healthy beverages in your diet fortified with range of micronutrients and vitamins, helps one manage exam stress and also maintain one’s alertness during exams.
Do you know that brain is the largest consumer of energy that our body produces? It needs oxygen, glucose and other nutrients to process information efficiently, access important data, and store necessary information. A well balanced diet did not only provide the required energy but also the nutrients to keep our memory intact and help us remain alert.
But unfortunately, these days the kind of food students eat and drink prior and during their examinations is not at all healthy. These foodstuffs only aggravate mental inefficiencies in students. Prior to examinations, many students rely on caffeine. They either drink coffee or cold drinks to keep their energy level up. Not only this, but some also resort to caffeine pills or stimulant pills. They forget that in either way, by neglecting their nutrition needs in the stressful moments, they are creating negative impact on their behavior as well as on their learning capacity.
Always keep in mind that caffeine may have short term benefits, but taking too much of it could lead to irritability and inability to concentrate. So, make sure you avoid it. Instead one should go for high-fibre soluble diet during exam times.
