All your jogging, walking, swimming and yoga classes seem to be boring giving you little or no motivation at all to carry on with them? Then don’t get irritated, just add on some new punches to your fitness regime. Boot camp training, parkour, kickboxing are new –age knockouts, so try them out at least once for attaining that fit body figure!

Boot camp training has made its mark on everyone. You can sign up in a gym or form a group in your neighborhood to practice some rigorous workouts like push-ups, crunches and body weight exercises. It has so many exercises that can definitely break your monotony. Make sure to try it out for strengthening yourself.

Spinning is another new concept, incorporated by number of people in their daily exercising schedule accompanied by peppy music. It targets on specific body muscles such as hips, calves and abs. proper and regular spinning can toned down your body in an effective way. Plus it can also help in losing your weight by leaps and bounds.

Kickboxing is a form of a martial art mixed with boxing. This total workout is a great stress buster for any age group. It also helps in burning your body calories, boosts our body balance and enhances your coordination. It is an effective way to vent your frustration.

Karate and taekwondo have their own places but now-a-days self regimens like Shito Ryu and Goshindo are attracting young minds. Shito Ryu teaches you powerful stances through eight directional movements with ways to control your breath. Both these activities not only teach you how to stay calm in the face of adversity but also keep you fighting fit in such conditions.
