It is very important that you keep healthy dietary pattern during these nine days of navratras so that you can rejuvenate the body easily. Here are some easy ways that can surely help you to attain good food patterns during your periods of fasting plus in revitalizing your body in an enormous way.

Firstly, make sure your body has capacity to handle navratras fasting for nine days. If you are diabetic, then you should become more cautions with your decision of fasting.

Fruit and milk diet plan works to detoxify your body system plus at the same time energizes you. Milk is a complete food. Fruit is a great cleanser. They supply your body with required amount of energy, as well as essential vitamins and minerals at the same time.

Bananas and curds are good foods and enriched with loads of nutrients like potassium, magnesium, calcium, and carbohydrates. So feed yourself with curd items and banana Shake if you like.

To see yourself from acidity and heart burn problems, make sure to avoid having empty stomach for long hours and eat small and frequent meals daily. Remember that milk and cream are effective antidotes for acidity.
