Fasting for nine days during navratras is not at all an easy task. It is very important that you keep healthy dietary pattern during these nine days of navratras so that you can rejuvenate the body easily. Here are some easy ways that can surely help you to attain good food patterns during your periods of fasting plus in revitalizing your body in an enormous way.
Firstly, make sure your body has capacity to handle navratras fasting for nine days. If you are diabetic, then you should become more cautions with your decision of fasting.
