Are you drinking juice in your breakfast-Read this out

Do you know that number of people start up their day just with a glass of juice in their breakfast? Fruit juices prepared from different variety of fruits contains certain amount of critic acid which acts as great cleansing agent for their body. Not only this, tartaric acid found in grapes and pineapples help in stopping the growth of harmful moulds and bacterias. But in a hurry to rush to their offices, they forget to think over certain things while preparing fruit juices for themselves. Some of those things are mentioned below; just have a look on them!

Always remember that it is very important to wash the fruits and veggies well before putting them in the juicer. Remove the damaged portions from them, if any. If you fail to clean the fruit and veggies properly harmful pesticides or bacterias can directly enter your body system.

Do you know that that you can even use the stems and leaves of various fruits and vegetable while preparing juice? But make sure you remove the steams and leaves of carrots as they are toxic in nature.

You may use the seeds of lemon, lime, oranges etc. but do not use apple seeds as they are toxic.

Some fruits can be used with their skin itself while preparing juices but make sure you do not use the skins of orange and grapefruits, as they are toxic. Do not throw away the white pithy part, as that is a good source of vitamin C and falvonoids.

For garnishing your juice, you can make use of black pepper, salt, lemon juice, ginger, parsley, coriander and cinnamon etc.

So next time when eve you think of preparing juice for yourself, make sure you remember the above points.
