Certainly in order to win a cat race of achieving thin body and a good body structure, many of us put a ban on our favorite foodstuffs. Isn’t it? But here is good news for all of you- just by eating your favorite foodstuffs in the right way and in the right amount not only help in satisfying your carving but also keep you slim and in shape. Some of such foodstuffs are mentioned below-have a look!

Sugar
You can go for foods such as fruit yoghurt, sweetened breakfast cereal or even jam, which will satisfy sweet tooth but aren’t packed with fat and calories. Keep in mind that for women on a diet, 35 gm of added sugar per day is fine.

Alcohol
A couple of small glasses a day won’t usually cause weight gain as long as that’s your limit and you ideally drink it as an accompaniment to healthy meal. Isn’t that great news girls and guys? You will be glad to read that alcohol doesn’t get stored directly as fat in the body but if you take more than your safe calorie intake, you’ll ultimately put on weight.

Cheese
Hey all you cheese lovers, go for a strong cheese so that you can get the maximum taste from it.

Chocolate
A 30 gm daily serving can provide you about 150 calories and nine Gms of fat. but you will be happy to read that this much is can be an acceptable daily treat for your daily hard core activities. So go and grab a chocolate!

Peanuts
If you are strict about having just a handful, nuts can be easily being incorporated in your ‘get-slim’ diet. In fact, nuts make a good snack for people trying to shed weight and can help weight control because they are so filling.
