Do you know that it takes 21 days to make or break a habit? Well if you want to have a fit and slim trim body-you need to feed yourself with 21 good foods for 21 days to make it a long lasting habit in your daily stressful busy schedule. One can lower his or her body fat by eating a low fat diet consisting of less than 21 percent of daily nutritional intake in the form of fat and fried foods. It does mean that you start feeding yourself with 21 chips or 21 glasses of cola, but Just include these 21 good foods in your diet and see the difference in your physical and mental state yourself. Just go through the list of items.

In summers go for carrots, celery, ginger, watermelon and mint. These stuffs when blended in different varieties makes great summers drink to cool you off from scorching sun’s heat. Just put them in a blender with little ice and chill yourself with each sip.

Lean beef mince, chicken or turkeys are all excellent source of proteins, so includes them in your diet. Egg whites remain the best source of protein since ages, so have one each day. Try out a shake made of one scoop of whey protein, as this adds up to 21 grams of proteins.

Non-fat items like tofu, salmon, baby carrot and broccoli too forms an important part of 21 good foods list. Make sure you incorporate these food items in your daily diet meals without forgetting.

Blackberries and strawberries are great antioxidants, so feed yourself with them. Also, add two kiwis a day to your diet, as this will reduce your blood pressure levels plus burns extra fat from your body.

Last but not the least add lentil beans, soy and wheat germ in you eating patterns too. All these above food list will keep you on a low calorie levels plus your waistline in proper check. The good food list will also keep all the ailments at bay.
