Pantothenic acid is also called as Vitamin B5. It is an organic compound of vitamin B complex and is found in all tissues and all the living cells. Vitamin B5 is referred some time as a calcium Pantothenate and also called as Panthenol. In animal cells this vitamin is found in the form of co-enzymes A and this is very necessary for growth of our health.

Sometimes bacteria can attack the body that lacks the enough levels of Vitamin B5. Pantothenic is also helpful in reducing the abdomen fat, protein, removing carbohydrates and dissolving the accumulation of fats. B5 is reported to support the healing mechanism of the wounds and at the time of performing surgery, most surgeons prefer the post-surgery therapy combined with vitamin C. It is dissolved with nutrition in materials in two separate categories. Water soluble is consists of B-complex and also vitamin-c that flow in the blood. Vitamin B5 is also reported to maintain the nervous system and control the brain chemistry too.

The human body requires enough pantothenic acid for developing essential organs and systems of the body. The deficiency of vitamin B5 causes skin diseases and pantothenic acid is very effective in healing the damage of nerves and also in itching. The deficiency of Vitamin B5 is mostly seen in the underdeveloped countries . The energy required to carry out the daily activities and for some extra activities is maintained by vitamin B5 along with other vitamins.

This vitamin helps in the conversion of the food into bio-energy. The vitamin also helps in maintenance the nervous system and the brain equation. Vitamin B5 is also found very helpful in forming of the hemoglobin partially, and also steroid hormones and lipids. Pantothenic acid plays very important function for the secretion of important bodily hormones and it supports to adrenal glands. Pantothenic helps in removing the fatty tissues and without decreasing the body stamina and it is very useful in for protecting the hair especially in the patient with pulling hair-syndrome.
