Tips to remove rough and dry skin

sk Rough & dry skin is common problem that affects almost everyone. It is caused due to less supply of oil by oil glands, nutrient deficiencies and environmental problems like less humidity, cold, sun exposure, use of excess make up etc.

The most affected areas are face, hands, upper arm, thighs, chest and sides of abdomen.



Remedies for rough & dry skin:

1. Take 1 teaspoon egg yolk, 2 teaspoons milk powder and 1 teaspoon honey, then mix them properly and make a fine paste. Apply this paste on your affected areas and leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse it with cold water. It is very useful remedy for rough & dry skin.



2. 1 teaspoon green clay powder and 1 teaspoon raw honey then blend them together. Apply this mixture on your face, avoid eye area and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash your face with lukewarm water. It is one of the effective treatments to remove dry skin.

3. Mix 4 tablespoons of fuller earth with 10 mint leaves and make a pack. Freeze this pack overnight. Now put outside for 15 minutes and apply on your face. Leave it for 15 minutes then wash with water. It will provide you best results and remove rough skin.

4. Take 3 apples grate them well, then apply on your affected areas and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water. It will remove the dryness of your skin, so that your skin looks more beautiful & shinier.



5. 5 tablespoon raw peanuts and mile then mix them properly and make a fine paste, then add ¼ teaspoon of honey in it. Apply this paste on your face and leave it until dry. Wash with cold water. It is very good treatment for dry skin.

6. Mix 1 teaspoon lime juice with 1 teaspoon avocado, then apply on your face and leave it until dry. Rinse it with normal water. It will remove your rough very quickly.
You can also take ½ tablespoon honey and 2 tablespoon rose water then mix them properly. Apply this mixture on your affected areas. It will remove dry skin and make your skin more glowing.

Remember these things: Eat fresh fruits, drink 8 glasses of water daily and do yoga & aerobics regularly.
