Tips to remove cholesterol

cholestrol Cholesterol is caused due to diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, intake of high fat diet, stress and excessive smoking & drinking. It is a yellowish fatty substance and one of the essential ingredients of the body. There are two types of cholesterol LDL (low density lipoprotein) & HDL (high density lipoprotein). LDL is the main cause of blockage in the arteries.  Here are few tips which will solve your cholesterol problem.

Natural remedies for cholesterol:



1. Put 2 tablespoons of coriander seeds in 1 glass of water and boil it. Keep this mixture aside for sometime or until cool, then strain it. Take this mixture three times in a day. It is one of the effective remedy for cholesterol.

2. In 5 cups of water put 10 pieces of cinnamon sticks and boil it, then add one tablespoon of honey in it. Drink this mixture while hot. It is one of the best natural remedy for this problem.



3. Take equal amount of olive oil and green leaf salads then mix them properly. It is very good for your heart and proper functioning of the body system. It is very useful remedy and help in reducing the high level of cholesterol.

4. Do different kinds of yogasanas like shalabhansan, padmasana, ardhamatsyaendrasana and vajrasana. All these asanas are very useful in lowering blood cholesterol.

5. In glass of milk put piece of garlic and boil it. Drink this mixture regularly for three months. It is one of the highly beneficial remedy for cholesterol. It will reduce the cholesterol and take care of cardiac pains.
You can also put coriander in glass of water and mix them properly. Consume this mixture everyday. It is one of the simple remedy to remove cholesterol.
