1. Spend some time with your employees and try to establish professional interpersonal relationship with them. All these things help you, to know their likes & dislikes and work styles. If they have done well in their works, then you should appreciate their efforts and give some rewards or recognitions to them.
2. Give enough information to your staff or employees, and tell your employees politely that these are the few things organization wants or needs from them. Help your employees during crisis and give them time, money & support. Always remember one thing that employees are people, not machine.
3. Develop your organizational skills as much as possible like, you should know your schedule on a daily and weekly basis and work according to your schedule. Strong communication skills & good listener are other important parts for your profile. It will help you to interact with your employees and customer effectively.
4. If you have any problem or issues with your employees then tell him directly. Treat your employees respectfully and trust them completely. When you are in a difficult situation, at that time ask you employees to tell their perspective to solve this problem. It is your responsibility to make sure that your employees are satisfied & happy.
5. Organize different kind of activity to challenge and develop your employee’s skills. Money is not the most important thing and they need some extra time to live their lives with family. If you recognize this and validate your employees concerns, then you can easily work like an effective manager.
