Non-Alcoholic Punch Recipes

punch TROPICAL PUNCH

Serving:  12-15 glasses
Prep Time: 1 hour 10 minutes



Ingredients:

1 cup of pineapple juice
1 cups of frozen orange juice
1 cup of frozen lemonade
10 cups of water
1/2 cup of sugar



2 glasses of dry ginger ale
For garnish:
Orange slices, cherries and strawberries.

Method:

Combine together all of the ingredients barring the ginger ale in a large glass jug. Chill in the refrigerator for an hour. Add the ginger ale to the mixed juice. Pour in tall glasses and garnish with the slices of orange, the cherries and the strawberries. Serve.



FRUIT PUNCH

Serving: 12 glasses
Prep Time: 1 hour 15 minutes

Ingredients:

250 ml of Water
400 grams of Sugar
300 ml of Orange juice
300 ml of Lemon juice
600 ml of Pineapple juice
300 ml of Carbonated fruit flavored drink
1 cup of chopped Pineapple
1/2 cup of chopped Apple

Method:

Take a pot and boil the sugar and water for 10 minutes. Add the fruit juices to it and dilute it with iced water. Now add the carbonated fruit flavored drink to the mixture. This is to get the fizzing effect. Refrigerate for an hour. Take out of the fridge, pour in serving glasses and garnish with the chopped pieces of apple and pineapple. Serve as a refreshing drink.

STRAWBERRY PUNCH

Serving: 12 glasses
Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

3 cans of Orange juice
3 cans of Pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 quart of dry Ginger ale

2 cups of frozen strawberries

Method:

Add together the juice concentrates in a large jug. To it add the ginger ale and mix. Stir in the strawberries. Pour into serving glasses. Stir in the strawberries. Add 2 cubes of ice to each glass and serve.

MINTY CITRUS PUNCH

Serving: 6 glasses
Prep Time: 1 hour 20 minutes

Ingredients

4 1/2 cups of pink grapefruit
2 cups of fresh orange juice
4 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp of sugar
3 tbsp of mint leaves
fresh orange or lemon slices and sprigs of mint for garnish
crushed ice
1 cup of water

Method:

Take a saucepan and combine together the sugar and water. Boil for 5 minutes and then remove from heat. Cool slightly. Now place the mint leaves in a small bowl and add the sugar syrup, the orange juice, and lemon juice. Cover and keep for 1 hour. Strain into a container.  Mix in the grapefruit and refrigerate for an hour. To serve, mix one part of the
mixture with two parts of water. Add the crushed ice and garnish with the lemon or orange slices and sprigs of mint.
