How to Stay Clean and Hygienic?

001-hygienicIt is very important to stay clean if you want to stay healthy. You can only encourage your kids to stay clean if you maintain proper cleanliness regime yourself. Maintain good hygiene by practicing proper cleanliness manners every time. Here are some tips to help you maintain hygiene in your daily lives.

Always wash your hands and legs once you come home from work. Also encourage your children to do so when they come home from outside like school, play grounds, etc.

Never touch your food without washing your hands properly with an antiseptic soap especially when you have been outside the house. This will help you to prevent several diseases.

Take a bath regularly in order to keep your self clean. Wash your hair and cut your nails regularly in order to stay hygienic. Clean your nails regularly and teach your children to do the same.

Brush your teeth at least twice a day. Make sure that you brush your teeth every day after dinner and before you go to bed. Also teach your children to do the same.

Never wear the roadside shoes inside your house. This will disturb the hygiene of your home. Always leave your shoes in their respective areas before your enter your drawing room. You should have a separate pair of footwear that you will wear inside the house.

Keep your room clean and also encourage your kids do the same. Allot at least two days in a week, from your busy schedule for dusting your house. Involve them in household chores like cleaning and dusting. This will teach them to keep their areas clean too.

Never make the public places untidy. Always carry a paper bag with you when you go out for picnic so that you can collect all the wastages and throw them in the dustbin. Never throw waste items on the road. Your kids will also learn the same from you and will henceforth grow up to be a responsible citizen.
