High blood pressure is the force of blood against the wall of arteries that carry blood from the heart to all body tissues and organs. It will increase your chance for getting heart or kidney disease.

6. Take equal quantities of watermelon seeds and khus khus, then mix them together and make a powder of it. At one time take only 3 gram powder of this powder on an empty stomach for one month. It will remove your high blood pressure problem completely.
