- Make sure to take a walk daily for a minimum of 30 minutes. Obese people must try to do brisk walking which would eventually lead to burning of excessive fat in their body.
- While having a walk, make an earnest attempt to smile as it brings in positivism.
- Sit in a quite environment where you can feel peace and warmth for only a short span of time.
- A person must have at least a minimum of seven hours of sleep.
- You got to see your life with vigour, zeal and compassion.
- There’s no harm in behaving like a child as it free up your mind of all the clutter.
- Develop a good reading habit.
- Take out time to do little bit of yoga and meditation which can give you immense mental as well as physical strength.
- It might sound awkward but start dreaming little bit by being awake as it sometimes brings smile on your face.
- Try to consume fresh vegetables and fruits as the nutrients are best preserved in them.
- Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water so as to keep your body hydrated.
- Don’t indulge in gossiping unnecessarily as it can waste your energy.
- Make an honest attempt not to recall all the issues from the past as it can bring ill-feelings in any strong relationship.
- Never try to skip your breakfast.
- Try out the natural laugh therapy. It releases your tension in less amount of time.
- Clear your mind as well as your house of all the unwanted clutter.
- Try to do everything under some limit. Don’t stretch yourself.
- Whatever you have achieved in your life, thank god almighty for all the kindness.
