Shut Down All Windows

This will stop the cold air and breeze from outside and warm air to go out, thereby keeping your room warm and cozy.

Use thermals inside and warm overcoat outside. This will make you feel much better and also keep you warm.

Exercise and Play Outdoor Games

Working out, jogging, exercising and playing outdoor games create a lot of heat in the body. So make it a point to exercise and play not only to have a good pastime and keep you fit but also to warm up.

Eat and Drink Hot

Have your meals and snacks steaming hot. If you feel thirsty drink water that is lukewarm. Having hot food make you warmer and also feel good.

Non- Vegetarian foods are excellent source heat production in body. Include egg, fish, meat etc. in your diet this will greatly help you to keep yourself cozy in the heat of your body.

Socks and Slippers

Wear warm socks and slippers that cover your feet. In particular the fleece slippers are very good in keeping feet warm. If you avoid wearing them, the cold air will can travel through your feet to your body and make you feel cold.

Stay Indoors

You should avoid outdoor excursion and junkets during the time when the weather is extremely cold. Only when the climate is a little more bearable and clear can you go out and have fun until then stay indoors.

Also recognize all the sensitive area of your body where you regularly feel pain due cold weather. It could be your head, forehead, ears, hands, nose etc. so that whenever you are stepping outside your home you carry warm headdress, headbands, gloves, mittens, scarf, and mufflers for your protection.
