How to keep hair healthy and shining
Shining hairs are a dream of every woman, old or young. Hair is the crowning glory of one’s beauty. Shine of the hair is directly related to the health of the hair. Healthy hair reflects light and is manageable and shining.
All the people have different texture; straight, wavy, oily or dry. To achieve shiny and healthy hair you need to pay regular attention to your hair. For proper hair care, you need to wash them regularly, apply oil, condition the hair, eating proper diet and routine exercise. .
Below are given some simple home remedies for making hair shining and healthy
These are simple recipes for your hair which can be made using easily available ingredients. The only thing to remember is to use them regularly. With patience, you will definitely see positive results.
* For making hair stronger and shining, apply and massage castor oil once a week.
* Before washing hair in routine, give a gentle massage of warm coconut oil.
* Take a cup of milk and soak a handful of Indian gooseberries in it. After two hours, make a paste of this and apply it on your scalp. After sometime, wash it with a mild shampoo.
* Take white of one egg, 2 tsp of castor oil and 1 tsp glycerin. Mix them all into a smooth paste. Apply this mixture on your scalp and wash after some time.
* To treat damaged hair, give your hair steam-towel-wrap treatment at least once a week.
* To revive dull hair, mix 1 tbsp vinegar with one mug of water and use this mixture as last rinse after washing them.
* To bring instant shine, beat two eggs and apply them on the scalp and hair. Now wash your hair, just after 5 minutes. You will see an amazing shine in your hair
* For treating dandruff, mix almond oil with gooseberry juice. Apply this on your hair and wash after some time.
* Make a paste of avocado and mix it with little olive oil and 1 tsp baking powder. After blending them well, apply it on your hair. Rinse your hair with clean water after 15 minutes.
