Anxiety is a stage where you might face symptoms like palpitation, jittery stomach, dry mouth, tension in your muscles, sweating, lack of concentration, nausea, etc.

One of the major causes of anxiety is inheritance through birth. If your ancestors had been hunted down by anxiety then even you are likely to be a victim to it undoubtedly. However, it is not the case every time. What ever the situation might be it is extremely essential that you should control your anxiety and do not allow boosting it, as it can be fatal at times. Some of the very common home remedies to control anxiety would be as follows.

Orange peels and juice: Orange is said to be a stress reliever. When you are very anxious just peel off an orange and smell it. You will feel better. You can also drink a glass of orange juice with a spoon of honey and nutmeg powder. This is a very strong medicine for anxiety.

Almonds: They are very good for anxiety too. Raw almonds soaked overnight, peeled and blended with a pinch of ginger and nutmeg powder and mixed in a cup of milk can make a wonderful cure for anxiety. Try it out every night before you go to bed to get the best results.

Oils: An oil massage before your morning bath can do miracle against anxiety. Use sesame, coconut, sunflower or corn oil for this purpose.

Rosemary: This herb is a very good medicine for anxiety. You can try out a cup of rosemary tea or a tub of rosemary bath in order to get the best possible relieving actions.

Exercises and meditations: Do not stress yourself while you exercise. This is a very bad practice. Morning walks, swimming, cycling, etc. can be good practices to release stress and make you feel fresh. It is good to meditate everyday, as it will help you stay fresh and sound. Chanting prayers, spiritual lines, holy words etc. also help to control excess anxiety. The inhaling and exhaling exercise is also very relaxing.
