Egg substitutes for eggless cakes

Flax Seeds

Pour thick creamy milk to your cake mixture and the need for eggs will not arise. Your choice for the type of milk to work as the egg substitute is vast. You can use cow milk, soy milk, almond milk or even rice milk. Buttermilk perhaps is the best egg substitute in the milk category.
Egg Replacer
A number of culinary egg substitutes are currently popular among vegans. Ener-G Egg Replacer, Orgran No Egg, Allergy care Whole Egg Replacer are examples of some such Egg Replacer. The basic ingredients of the Egg Replacers are potato starch, tapioca flour, calcium lactate, calcium carbonate, citric acid and carbohydrate gum.
