Different types of homemade ice creams


homemadeicecream1. Chocolate gelato ice cream:

Ingredients:

5 eggs yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla
10 tablespoons granulated sugar
100 grams chocolate
1 cup sour cream
1 cream whipped cream
50 grams chocolate chips

Method:

1. Mix egg yolks with sugar & vanilla and make them foamy or thick. In the steamer melt 100 grams of chocolate and while it’s hot, mix egg yolks in it. Mix whipped & sour cream together. Now put chocolate mass in it and whisk until it’s creamy & smooth.

2. Freeze it for at least 6 hours or overnight. Decorated with chocolate chips and serve it.

2. Homemade vanilla ice cream recipes:

Ingredients:

4 cups milk
1 cup milk powder
½ teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon gelatin
2 teaspoon cornflour
3 drops vanilla essence
1 teaspoon butter

Method:

In a saucepan boil 3 cups of milk. In a bowl put milk powder, gelatin, 1 cup milk, cornflour and sugar then mix them properly. Pour this mixture into the boiling milk and leave it until cool. Add butter and vanilla essence in it and freeze it for over night.

3. American ice cream recipes:

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons flour
1 pint milk
2 tablespoons water
¾ cup sugar
2 egg yolks
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

Method:

1. Scald the milk while stir constantly during the whole process. Combine flour & cold water and make a smooth paste, then add scalded milk slowly in it, stir constantly. When it becomes thickened then cooks over hot water for about 15 minutes. Add sugar and beaten egg yolks in it and cook for another 2 minutes.

2. Through a fine sieve strain the custard and put it aside until cool, then add cream and vanilla in it and freeze it for over night. For variation, you can use dark brown sugar or maple sugar instead of the white sugar.
