Crab salad
Ingredients



1 pound of crabmeat
6 boiled eggs
1 small sized onion, finely chopped
3 stalks of celery, nicely chopped
1 pound of bread loaf
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of sour cream
Salt and black pepper to taste

Method of Preparation



Slice the boiled eggs into small pieces. Dice the bread into small cubes. Cut the crabmeat into flakes. Take a large bowl and put the crabmeat, sliced eggs, bread cubes, onion, celery, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Blend the ingredients well and your crabmeat salad is ready to eat.

Pasta and shrimp salad
Ingredients

1 pound of cooked shrimp
1-pound pasta shells
1 medium yellow pepper, sliced vertically
2 medium-sized zucchini, sliced vertically
8 ounces of cherry tomatoes, diced
½ cup of olive, diced
1 small onion, diced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 teaspoons of dried oregano
1 cup feta cheese, finely crushed
Salt and black pepper to taste
Water for boiling pasta



Method of Preparation

Boil the pasta, according to the instruction given on the package. When the pasta is cooked, drain and keep it aside. In a pan, heat the olive oil. Add the bell pepper and zucchini to the oil and toss it for a few minutes, until the zucchini and the bell pepper turns slightly brown. Add salt and black pepper and toss the ingredients. Put the cooked zucchini and bell pepper in a big bowl. Add the shrimps, cooked pasta, tomatoes, olives, onion slices, feta cheese and oregano. Blend the ingredients well.

Salad Dressing

To prepare the dressing you need:
A quarter cup of wine vinegar
1 large clove of garlic, nicely minced
2 tablespoons mustard
2/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Put all the ingredients in a blender and form a thick paste.

Before serving the salad add the dressing and blend the ingredients.
