Ingredients

Garlic cloves (minced) – 3
Salt to taste
Fresh lime juice – 1/2
Orange marmalade – 1/4 cup
Fresh cilantro (chopped) – 1/4 cup
Olive oil – 4 tablespoon
Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon
Red pepper flakes – 1/2 teaspoon
Canola oil
Freshly ground black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
Large shrimps (deveined and peeled) – 1 lb

Method Of Preparation

Take a bowl and mix minced garlic and a little salt

Take a bowl and mix minced garlic and a little salt. Add marmalade,  soy sauce, red pepper flakes, olive oil and black pepper in the bowl. Whisk it properly till the mixture gets a good consistency. Now add the shrimps to the mixture and let it marinate for a while in the refrigerator. Take a saute pan. The pan should be large and it should be non-stick. Add some canola oil to it and saute the marinated shrimps in it.



Stir fry it for about 3-4 minutes

Make sure that the flame is on high. Let the shrimp cook nicely. You do not need to toss it for a minute or so. Let it cook on its own for a minute. Stir fry it for about 3-4 minutes so that it gets cooked perfectly. Next you would need to turn the heat off and add lime juice and fresh cilantro. You can serve hot with rice or in a tortilla.
