Having a shapely and well-defined breast is every women's desire. Breast is supposed to be one of the most attractive part of women's body, which contributes to the overall beauty, and grace of a women. It is probably the first thing of a women that attracts the onlookers. Proper breast care is very important as it is the erogenous area and functions as feeding organ for the infants. Bust region is primarily composed of fat globules and fibrous connective tissues. It lacks the muscular tissues and are held by pectoral muscles of the rib cage. If these pectoral muscles are in good shape, then the breast area will have a good cleavage and lift.

Breast Size and Appearance

The size and shape of breast in females varies considerably. Some of the factors influencing the breast size are listed below -

  • Volume of breast tissue
  • Family history
  • Age
  • Weight loss and gain
  • History of pregnancies and lactation
  • Thickness and elasticity of the breast skin
  • Hormonal influences on the breast
  • Menopause

Women's breast are found to be unsymmetrical in most of the cases. One of the bust is slightly smaller of larger, higher or lower than the other. The size and characteristics of nipple also vary among females. In some cases, nipples are erect all the time, while in others, they become erect only when stimulated by touch or by cold. Sometimes the nipple can be flat, round or cylindrical in shape. Nipple and areola is composed of specialized muscle fibers, which respond to the stimulation, that makes the nipple erect. The shape and size of the breast undergo a number of changes according to age. Women tend to have denser breasts at a younger stage, as compared to older age. During menstrual cycle, there occurs changes in the hormonal level of the body, due to which breast tissue tend to swell up. As a result, breasts may feel swollen, painful and tender.

Use of Breast Enlargement Products and their Working

Natural breast enlargement and firming products are widely used by women. The most commonly used product include Til or Sesame Seeds. This seed contains calcium, protein, iron and phosphorous and therefore its use is recommended in daily diet. The oil can be topically applied on the breast. Regular exercises, use of breast creams can effectively improve the appearance and texture of the breast area.

It has been found that the growth of breast tissue is influenced greatly by variation in secretion of hormones like estrogen, progesterone, prolacin, prostaglandins. It is important that these hormones are secreted in balanced quantity for normal breast development. As the age increases, estrogen enhances fat deposition in the bust area, development of stromal tissues, and growth of ductile system. These hormones causes growth of the lobules and alveoli, effecting the growth and function of these structures. Progesterone causes proliferation of the alveolar cells making them secretory in nature. Progesterone causes the swelling of the lobules and alveoli, by causing fluid retention in the sub-cutaneous tissues. It has been found that stimulating estrogen receptors in the breast by estrogen can enhance the size of the female breast effectively.

Breast Enlargement Exercises

To perform breast enlargement exercises, a set of 3 pound dumb bells are required.

Lie down on the floor, holding the weight in each hand and extending the arms out at shoulder level. Raise the arms straight up, right above your body, keeping the elbow slightly bent, lower the weight to your chest. Return the weight to your sides at shoulder height. This exercise is repeated 13 to 15 times.

Lie down on the floor, hold the weights up in the air over your chest. Bend your elbows and lower the weights towards your chest, with elbows on the side at shoulder level. Extend the arms straight back over your chest. Repeat the exercises 13-15 times.

Hold the weights in each hand, extend yours arms out on each side and do 15 small backward circles about a foot in diameter. Increase the circles slightly and do 15 more circles. Repeat these steps by doing it in forward direction.
