Residential Projects
The group has constructed several housing societies and mini townships in cities like Jaipur, Gurgaon, Ambala, Faridabed etc. It plans to transform the lifestyle of people by some of its most exclusive and modern properties like Vatika Greens, Vatika Woods and Vatika Farms on the outskirts of Gurgaon. Vatika City a group housing development venture is tipped to be the largest in Gurgaon with 1400 apartments and a value at Rs. 700 crores.
Commercial Projects
Vatika Group’s completed commercial flagship projects include Vatika First India Place, Vatika Atrium and Vatika Triangle; these are renowned for their futuristic designing and attract some of the topmost MNCs. The group has three commercial ventures in the pipeline spread over 15 lakh sq ft space.
Vatika InfoTech City is another upcoming venture of the group. Located in Jaipur the 800 acre township project will be an exquisite blend of row houses, plots and an IT Park.
Hospitality Projects
The Hospitality Segment of the Vatika group will include construction and development of Five Star Hotels, Resorts, Multi- Cuisine Restaurants, Gymnasiums and Health Clubs and Business Centers. The upcoming ventures include Fox and Coriander Leaf a restaurant and two luxury hotels in Jaipur and Bangalore.
The Vatika group has made a name for itself by selecting strategic locations for its projects and providing well-planned exteriors as well as interiors. Another noteworthy feature about the group is its Facility and Project Management units that are responsible for taking care of its properties.
