Prestige Group is a Bangalore-based real estate developer which ventured into real estate development in 1985-86 by building the Prestige Court in Bangalore. Since then the Group has been applauded for changing the skyline of not just Bangalore but of Chennai, Kochi, Mangalore, Hyderabad and Goa as well.

The Prestige Group has built some 70 residential enclaves with 7000 homes; it has taken 107 organizations in some 70 commercial structures to new heights and is all set to create 700 shops in some 11 malls across South India.
The Group’s turnover today is over Rs. 600 crores and its business portfolio consists of residential enclaves, corporate structures, shopping malls, IT campuses, hospitality ventures, SEZs, interior design house and golf.
The Prestige Group has completed over 130 projects covering some 13 million sq ft space and includes residential enclaves such as Prestige Kensington Gardens , Prestige Wellington Park , and Prestige Shantiniketan. Its upcoming project includes United Breweries UB City. It has been the force behind some high-quality corporate structures like Prestige Nebula and Prestige Technology Park .

As a part of the Canadian construction giant-The Shaw Group, Prestige has been exporting its homes world-wide. Dulux, GENTEK, Kohler, Centura, Glidden, LITECO, IKO have been associated with Prestige builders in their constructions all over the world. With a team of experienced and extremely knowledgeable experts the group came up with 3-series homes viz. Encore Series, Designer Series and Signature Series, to improve the lifestyles of people and to meet their different tastes and needs.

Prestige Group has received the Crisil DA1 rating for its commitment to excellence, the ISO 9001:2000 certification and it has won the FIABCI award for its software and residential facilities.
