Omaxe’s projects in the real estate sector include group housing, integrated townships, shopping malls, hotels, and resorts, IT Parks, Biotech Parks and SEZs. In a short span of 5 years Omaxe completed 11 major projects consisting of 8 residential, 2 commercial and 1 integrated township.

Upcoming Projects
Omaxe plans to build hotels in 11 cities in India , it is in talks with U.S. based Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide for this purpose.
It is all set to float a real estate investment trust (REIT) and list it overseas.
Omaxe also has plans of setting up an offshore development company to enter the Dubai market and create a commercial as well as a residential project there.
