Ashiana Group commenced it operations in 1979 with the Ashiana Projects in Patna. Nearly three decades later it has spread its roots in the whole of Northern India mainly due to its commitment to quality.

The group has come up with a retirement resort in Bhiwadi and is planning to set up another one in Jaipur.
