Ventures
Though the group’s base lies in Delhi it has successfully spread its roots in the Northern region. Ansal API has developed several landmark commercial buildings like Statesman House, Tolstoy House, Antariksh Bhawan, Indra Prakash, Ansal Bhawan and Navrang House in the NCR region.
It has built some stupendous structures since 1967 like Sunshine City in New Delhi , Sushant City in major cities of northern India , Valley View Estate at the foothills of Aravalli, Orchid County in New Delhi , and Palam Triangle and Spanish Court that are two of its commercial complexes.
Ansal API was the company which popularized the ‘mall culture’ in India by giving Delhi its first mall the AnsalPlaza. This concept changed the face of Indian market place and brought about a revolution in the lifestyle of people.
The group has ventured into the education sector by setting up premier institutes like Chitranjan Bharati School, Ansal Institute of Technology and Sushant School of Art and Architecture. The latest addition is Totspace a pre-nursery school at Gurgaon.
Ansal API has taken up various environment related initiatives to transform vast lands into green covers by developing projects like Aravalli Retreat, Pushpanijali Farms and Satbari Farms.
Future Plans
With the dual aim of de-congesting metropolis along with the planned development and improvement in lifestyle of smaller towns Ansal API plans to develop integrated townships, IT cities and properties in joint venture in Tier II cities and towns.
