Type-2 or Non insulin dependent diabetes or NIDD is a condition in which blood glucose level increases just by insulin deficiency or resistance towards insulin in body. Brisk walking is very helpful in this condition and should be about one kilometer daily morning for best results. Brisk walking is walking fast with effort but not running. It helps in better consumption of glucose and increases glucose demand in muscles and body cells. Calories are burnt and better glucose level is maintained without any medication. So practice brisk walking to increase health and get better control in Type-2 diabetes. |
