Pitta indicates fire or heat in body. If increased pitta can cause various health problems like headaches, burning sensation in hands, eyes, stomach and whole body, skin problems, baldness, increased hunger, weight loss etc. You should take Pitta shamak or pitta pacifying diet, herbs etc to make pitta level normal in body. Amla is best pitta pacifier. Take lots of cold milk and water. Stay in cold and calm atmosphere. Gulkand and triphala is also very useful in increased pitta dosha. So follow these simple steps to keep pitta in control.

Take medicines like avipattikara churna, sootasekhara rasa with draksharista. Undergo therapies like virechana.Take lot of cucumber, apple, carrot, gourds.Drink plenty of boiled and cooled water.Do simple sheetali pranayama and grass-walking.Avoid spicy, fried foods.
