		Aama means indigested or semi-digested end product of digestion. When this end product reaches in body cells many health related problems are created. Restlessness, laziness, loss of appetite and change in consistency of stool are some very common problems by aama dosha. A person feels like while body is covered by some wet cloth and no energy is left in body. Aam should be treated with trikatu, chitrakadi bati etc to relieve symptoms, increase digestion and restore health.
