		Facial hairs in females are due to hormonal imbalance. This hormonal imbalance is generally due to PCOD. So first thing I suggest you to go for an Ultrasound of abdomen to rule out PCOD. If there is PCOD then take its treatment and associated signs like menstrual cycle irregularities and facial hairs will also be cured. In absence of PCOD we recommend you to consult a cosmetic surgeon for laser therapy to get permanent relief from facial hairs.

		Take medicines like arogyavardhini vati with mahamanjistadi quatha.Undergo therapies like virechana,raktamokshana,lepa.Take lot of vegetables and fruits.Drink plenty of warm water and keep your bowels clean.Maintain normal menstruation.Do simpe breathing exercises.
