		Take medicines like aswagandha,shatavari with asokarista.Undergo therapies like brimhana basti.Take lot of vegetables and fruits.Drink plenty of warm water and keep your bowels clean.Avoid spicy,fried foods,potato,green peas,rajma.Do simple chest exercises and walking.
