At the period of pregnancy week 31 the layers of fats gets accumulated underneath the skin of your baby. Your baby’s body parts such as the legs, arms and whole body starts filling out and to make it to look less wrinkly as it use to look in previous weeks, as fats are getting accumulated more as the progress of an each week. By this week of your pregnancy, your baby must be finding the uterus’s space much tighter and tighter as the weeks of your pregnancy progresses. Now you must be also feeling very much uncomfortable because your baby continuously start to grow occupying the more space in your uterus, thus decreasing the space and making tight feeling by progressing of each week.
Though it is that the movements of your baby must continue to be much more than previous, here at this period of your pregnancy your baby’s movements are less dramatic and less sporadic in nature. Many a times it may happen that you will see an arm moving slowly in your abdomen. Here you might start to realize that how much strong is your unborn baby. You will heave unexpectedly due to the kicks and movements done suddenly by your baby, along with the much of the delight and astonishment of an unseen one.

At this period of your pregnancy you must be more aware of your breasts. In many cases it is seen that woman starts leaking the foremilk at this period of her pregnancy. Foremilk is nothing but the pre milk that is formed in your breasts in order give nourishment to your newly born baby during the period of first few days of your baby’s life. It is also known as Colostrum. The color of colostrums can be clear or bit yellow or orange tinged. This depends on a various factors. In many cases woman would not be able to notice foremilk leakage until they goes for delivery, and many others will start leaking foremilk even in her early stages of her pregnancy.
Colostrum is beneficial particularly for pre-term infants. Foremilk is richly containing antibodies and different nutrients that are useful for protecting your baby from many hazardous infections and other different complications occurring during the first few weeks of your baby’s life.
Many women get more worried due to the leaking of colostrums during pregnancy week 31, if they are leaking during this stage of pregnancy. Remember if you have started leaking do not worry at all because it is totally normal thing. One thing you can do is to purchase some nursing pads so that there won’t be your foremilk’s leaking through your clothes and will save you from an embarrassing feeling. You must take this leaking of colostrums as a good sign; it indicates that your breasts will be totally ready to feed your loved newly born baby when baby arrives into this world.
