The most common symptom that woman experiences during ovulation includes some mild cramps that might occur on one or either sides of the woman’s body.

It is common to have some ovarian discomfort during pregnancy week one. A woman might also realize an increasing amount of clear discharges during the most fertile times. When the discharges are most abundant, clear, slippery and sticky, the woman is considered to be at her fertile at peak when she has the greatest chance to get conceived. Fertile cervical mucous is generally sticky. One may stretch it one inch or more between the fingers.

Pregnancy week one , after the last menstrual periods, includes basal temperature increase as a symptom. During the first couple of weeks of the menstrual periods, the body temperature is to be lower than normal, ideally between 97.0 and 97.5 degree Fahrenheit. During ovulation, nevertheless, the body temperature gets increased, a change due to increased levels of progesterone. A rise of 0.4 to 0.6 degree is quite acceptable among ovulating females. If a woman successfully conceives during pregnancy at two weeks, the body temperature actually remains slightly high for the duration of the gestational period.
