If you are throwing a gala event on the beach, where you are going to need to invite people to come, sending out beach party invitations can be a lot of fun.
To begin, there are always the standard beach themed invitations you can find at any local store. They will have both a beach chair and umbrella out on the shore, or a beach ball floating in water. They are pretty standard, with an area to write all the pertinent information you need to get to your guests.

As always, send the invitations out at least two weeks in advance, so that your guests can plan for the event. Include the time, the place, the date, and the dress code (Hawaiian shirts only please!!) within the invitations and include an R.S.V.P. phone number, if you choose to do so. This will tell you just how many people to plan for. Also, consider whether or not you want to include additional guests. You know the last minute add-ons to the party. Take them into consideration when inviting.
Depending on how much time and money you want to spend on the beach party invitations will determine how creative you can get with the invites. However you invite your guests, make sure to do so in a memorable fashion, so that everyone invited will want to attend.
