There are a lot of people that say that their number one health complaint is being tired and not having as much energy as they would like to be able to carry out their daily tasks and have energy to exercise. It can be difficult to balance all of the daily tasks we need to complete, eat a healthy diet and get to the gym, especially if we are feeling run-down and tired.

Lack of sleep is one of the biggest causes for not feeling full of energy, but there are other causes like not getting required amount of minerals and vitamins in the diet that our bodies need to help function at our best. It is important to know what your daily requirements and needs are for your body and to get enough of those essential elements in your diet everyday.

If you are tired of always being tired and want to try something to boost your energy levels, consider taking supplements of the following vitamins:

• Vitamin B6
• Vitamin B12
• Vitamin B3
• Vitamin C

These vitamins all work differently to help give your body what it needs and to increase the body’s ability to burn off calories and provide you with the energy you need to get through the work day and the workout. It is important to remember that you need to follow a healthy diet at all times even if you are supplementing your diet with the extra vitamins.

Exercising is a great way to help you body be more energetic, exercise releases endorphins and uses the vitamins and minerals that you take in to pump your body up and rev up your workouts. With consistent exercise, you will notice an increase in stamina, strength and energy.
