Picking a good multivitamin that also contains essential minerals is key for those who do not want to take numerous kinds of vitamins to get what they want. A multivitamin will give you the recommended amount of each vitamin. If you want to try adding in other vitamins to enhance weight loss, there are some that are known to help aid in dieting.

B vitamins are important in helping in weight loss. They are sometimes called as the stress vitamins because they can help reduce stress levels in your body, which can lead to weight gain. They also supply your cells with what they need to help you burn more calories. Vitamins B6, B3 and B2 are especially good for regulating your thyroid, which is responsible for controlling the metabolic rate at which your body burns calories.

Other important minerals and vitamins that can help you lose weight faster are chromium, zinc, Co-enzyme Q10 and Garcinia Cambogia. These are all minerals and vitamin supplements that you can take to help your body function at its best and work hard to help your lose weight and also keep it off.

You can take supplemental dosages of those vitamins and minerals, or just some of them if you do not want to have to consume multiple pills every day. Even in any combination, they can work great when combined with exercise and a healthy eating plan.
