Is all soy milk created equal? Not really, say most experts. Fresh soy milk is the best and has the most health benefits, not to mention it has a much richer and better taste than store bought soy milk. Unfortunately, fresh soy milk is not always readily available, and the only option is store bought soy milk. This is still a very acceptable source however, and soy milk has a very long shelf life so that even if you are not able to enjoy fresh soy milk, you will still be getting health benefits of soy milk off the shelves.
