We all want to live long, healthy lives. We also are all aware that aging is a natural process of life and for everything from plants to humans; we all are a part of the process. How we approach the aging process can make a huge difference in our longevity and the quality of life that we have.

Our bodies need water to function and it helps our skin keep a more youthful appearance.
Berries and other fruits are high in antioxidant, and other foods such as avocado and nuts are great sources of protein and monosaturated fat which can help lower the bad type of cholesterol in our bodies. Whatever your diet consists of, try incorporating more healthy choices daily, and remember to keep active.
