This is a simple treatment that can be done at any home. Apply mayonnaise on the scalp and massage thoroughly. Cover the scalp using a plastic bag and allow it to remain for an hour. After that, use a hair dryer for heating the head. Wash the hair and use hair get.
The lice and the nits would have smothered and died by now. You may remove them by combing your hair using a fine comb that is dipped in vinegar. Do this twice or thrice a week till all the lice are dead and the nits are removed from the scalp.

Lemon juice will remove all the dead cells on the scalp and make your hair and scalp clean.
