Choose the one which suits your space and budget.  Cellar is necessary to store wine and the quality depends on how long the wine was cellared. You should ensure proper temperature, humidity, vibration-free environment, minimum light and proper air flow. You can’t store wine just like that.
Learn to serve wine in its ideal temperature to drink. The ideal temperature of a wine is dependent on the kind of wine, and ideal temperature for each variety, be it Pinot Noir or Champagne, varies. To determine the ideal temperature, there are a whole lot of gadgets to store wine at the correct temperature, which may have to be bought.
You should own a good corkscrew, to be kept in your wine-bag or basket. Decanters are necessary to aerate wine, so that its aroma is inviting released. You can buy a fine aerator of wines.
