Why Is Katrina Kaif Famous

Katrina Kaif was discovered when she was just fourteen years old. She has since adorned many ad labels and has made a name for herself in tinsel town. Katrina Kaif has blossomed into one of themost adorable actresses in the Indian film industry and promises to go many more miles yet.

Her sex appeal came to the fore when she was just 14 years old. She was offered a part-time job as a model and has made her appearance on many products such as Pantene, L’Oreal and Kodak films. It was her looks combined with her sex appeal that has propelled her into the magical world of Bollywood. However, Katrina is nobody’s fool, she makes her terms and conditions very clear with whom ever she chooses to work with. She says that it is not her style to shed her clothes for the job. If the hob requires miniscule clothing or partial stripping the producers and directors are barking up the wrong tree fi they are approaching her. Well said Katrina, wish some of the other females of tinsel town would have the same morals.

Each consecutive film Katrina has worked in has shown signs of improving performance at the box office. This is a sign of her growing popularity and the advancement of her career as an actress. Each of her films are earning more at the box office with every release. The Stardust Breakthrough Performance Award earned by Katrina in 2006 for the film Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya followed by her being awarded the Best Female Style Icon in 2008 at the IIFA Awards speaks volumes of her potential and achievements.

Katrina is one of eight sisters born to an Indian father and a Caucasian mother. She began her modeling career in London at 14 but spent most of her life in Hawaii and London.
