His parents were separated and he encountered several challenges from childhood, this might be the reason that made him tough and strong. We were fascinated with the screen appearance of Sylvester Stallone. His films one after another became block blasters and none can deny that Rambo is a universal hero today.
Sylvester Stallone, better known as Sly had an inclination towards acting from his childhood and participated in several school and college dramas. Then he began pursuing his dream practically and took up the course of Drama at the University of Miami. Finally he had just 3 credits short of the desired points but he was not down and decided to relocate to the city of New York to keep his aspirations and career goals alive. His struggle to establish himself began and it was in the year 1974, when he acted in the Lords of Flatbush, all praised his style of acting.
He kept himself banged to his aim and it was eighties, when Sly got the real; platform to prove his talent. With his outstanding acting in films like Cliffhanger, Demolition Man, The Specialist, Judge etc. he showed his high level of performance. In the year 1985, the Rambo series began. Beside Rambo, Rocky and Cliffhanger were two other films that made him famous Hollywood star.
He was consistently successful and few of his successful projects include Get Carter, Eye See You and Driven etc. He married the famous Hollywood actress Brigitte Nielsen and at present Sylvester Stallone is successful father and family man.
In short, it is difficult to describe this icon but it can be said that he is a great actor, action hero, a good painter, art collector, novelist and last but not the least a polo player. Besides acting in films, Sly has also produced Hollywood films.
