Everybody’s talking about how great your new job is and how well you look togged up for office over as Friday approaches, but how many know about the driving force behind what makes you hot for the corporate life? Well, if you’re one of the new-age executives who love to live up to the good life and have it all, you’ll surely have been a part of the group discussing office hotties sometime in your career life!
For, it’s no big secret that while a good girl is hard to find, with career rules changing and women’s emancipation happening at a frenetic pace, there’s no worries on that score in first and two tier cities where you live and the office is a hot-spot for romance. However, if the good girl goes bad, as some are prone to doing, whether its incompatibility beyond the work zone or personal issues, there’s really nothing to panic about!
Learning how to survive the office break-up is very important for any young man whose job prospects may be hampered due to the office romance taking precedence over responsibilities at work being mishandled due to the distraction caused. At times, the break-up with the office hottie may even be inevitable, but when you think of being without a girlfriend and being without a job, it does make perfect sense to get out of a tricky situation instead of going on with the pretext of a relationship at the cost of earning a living.
Sometimes, it may be lack of commitment from either side or the relationship taking its toll on your job dedication levels or even a stalemate beyond a certain few common points. Whatever the case, it’s best to make a clean break of the situation before co-workers catch whiff of the romance and have a field day with your reputations.
Relationship experts advise that its best to be mature about letting down the office hottie in a gradual way by easing off the water-cooler dates or lingering over the coffee machine and continuing to maintain a cordial relationship while at work, so as to keep the rumours at a minimum and let things die a natural death to resume an official working order.
