Stress and emotional well being

Stress is now a very common word in our life. Each and every day we are suffering a lot from the stress related problems in our life. The strict corporate life and the daily problems of personal life is generating stress which in turn is disturbing the emotional self of a person. But, now it is also the time to change and adopt few things which is going to change our life and will bring a balance in our emotional and work life.
For the last few decades doctors and psychologists are involved in a very strange and interesting study. The study is to build a connection between mind and body activity. Similarly there is a deep rooted connection between stress and emotional self of an individual. Suppose a person is under tremendous stressful life and disturbance so definitely his emotional self will be in trouble and unhappy. If somehow we can regain our emotional self then automatically stress will get reduced and we will be in a balanced scenario. It has been seen with research and observation that people under stress of work and life takes longer time to heal up also than regular time to be taken. So to bring emotional well being under stress, take a deep breath and then hold your breath. Now exhale slowly. This exhaling process not only brings down stress but also maintains good blood pressure which in turn develops good emotional well being.
The next very important tip is to practice day dreaming which can naturally place your mind away from emotional soul and set it free for fantasy. In most of the cases these day dreaming or setting brain free is quite difficult but if we can practice the same then we can have a stress free time and can also try to rebuild our emotional well being. At the same time having friends to share problems and taking medicines can also build a stress and emotional well being relation. But taking medicines is not an advised way of going ahead in your life. So forget about stress now and get ready for a beautiful stress free life ahead!!!!
