Spots Everywhere

If you notice little white spots on your nails it could be caused from several different things. Most of the time, they are from something that is not harmful to your health. Eventually as your nails grow out, these spots will go away with every trim of your nails.

The spots can be caused from some sort of trauma like slamming your finger in the door or hitting it with a hammer. If you have children then anything could happen. During the process of your nails growing out, you can actually help your nails to get healthy while hiding the spots and making them look beautiful.

Protect your nails with a base coat that has nourishing properties to promote good health. You can also hide the spots by using tinted filler and giving your nails that healthy colorful glow.

If for any reason the spots do not go away as your nails grow out, this could be a sign of something more serious. You could possibly have a nutrition deficiency or even be dehydrated. Another consideration could also be a lack of keratin.

Contact your physician if you think that any of these are possibilities. Simply adding a little more water to your diet and a multi-vitamin may take care of the issue at hand and set things right.

Your hands and nails can tell a lot about your age and your health. Be sure to pamper them and take good care of your hands. A good massage while pampering your nails will promote good circulation. Don’t forget to drink plenty of water and watch your diet. This will keep your skin hydrated and make your hands look younger too.

Pay attention to what your body is telling you right down to the tips of your fingers. Spots and dots can tell you a lot about your health and put you in the right direction to take care of yourself. We only have one set of hands and one life to live. Live your life to the fullest and look your best all of the time.
